FamePill is a trading name of PoshLayer Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 17359605, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean PoshLayer Ltd.

They govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of an engagement: campaign and content work is carried out under a separate written proposal covering scope, fees, timings, approvals and ownership. Where that proposal and this page differ, the proposal wins.

You may read this site and share links to it. You may not copy our text, design, imagery or campaign work for your own commercial use, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people.

Everything on this site — words, design, video, imagery and code — belongs to us or to the clients who let us show their work, and is protected by copyright and other rights. Case studies describe work we actually did; results shown are those clients' results and are not a promise of yours.

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and material here is general information rather than advice for your situation. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; work begins when we both sign a proposal.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us exclude. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data arising from your use of this website.

Where we link to another site, including others in our own network, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
