FamePill is a trading name of PoshLayer Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17359605, whose registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. PoshLayer Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at hello@famepill.com.

When you enquire. Your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your brand and your goals. We use it to answer you and to scope the work. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

When you become a client. Contact and billing details, the campaign material we produce for you, and the account access you grant us. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you, and legal obligation for accounting records.

When you visit this site. Your request is served and logged by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We set no advertising or analytics cookies and run no third-party tracking pixels, so no consent banner is required.

Only the service providers who make the work possible — hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and the advertising and social platforms on which your campaigns run, where you have asked us to run them. Each acts on our documented instructions or as a controller in its own right for its own platform. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Data is held in the UK and the European Economic Area, and where a provider processes it elsewhere we rely on the UK's approved transfer safeguards. We keep enquiry data for two years from the last contact, client records for seven years after the engagement ends (the period accounting law requires), and campaign material for as long as we are engaged to maintain it.

You may ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, object to processing we base on legitimate interests, and ask for your data in a portable form. Write to hello@famepill.com and we will answer within one month. There is no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, tell us athello@famepill.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond as quickly as we can. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk/make-a-complaintor on 0303 123 1113, and you do not have to come to us first.

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting people we already hold data about will be notified directly.
